This project was the epitome of an IAS rehab. Our team performed the Plumbing, Interior, and Exterior portions of the rehab scope. This included replacing all plumbing fixtures, doors, door hardware, and blinds, repairing and retexturing the interior drywall, and painting inside and out. Our team performing these three rehab scopes of work allowed for seamless communication and cooperation, enabling the project to proceed significantly ahead of schedule.
